CCIMS (Close Coupled Instrument Mounting Solution) is the radical new integrated mounting and manifold block connects instruments directly to process piping in a fraction of the time previously taken, and dramatically reduces the number of joints – and therefore potential leak paths.  CCIMS supports the direct connection of differential pressure transmitters - one of the most common types of process instruments – to process pipework. CCIMS is the first mounting solution to provide a practical solution for 'close coupling' these instruments, which are used in quantities of hundreds of thousands a year, for flow measurement in a wide range of industries including oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical, and power generation.

Double Block and Bleed Manifolds and Flanged Products - Parker Hannifin's response to the demand for reduction in leakage paths has been the combination of primary and secondary valves into one compact unit. The combining of piping and instrument valves into a single unit has benefited various markets. Parker can offer the unique combination of double block and bleed valve systems together with integral fittings, both being designed and produced by one company.

Hi-Pro Ball Valve Catalog (PDF 466kB)

CAD Drawings Available in 2D & 3D (Contact Us)

Hi-Pro Ball Valve for High Performance Process Isolation - These high performance two piece bi-directional Ball Valves offer the user full cold working pressure ratings up to 10,000 psig (689 barg), giving 100% bubble tight shut off and continuous repeatable performance. The Ball Valves are suitable for the most demanding applications in the oil, gas and process control industries. By offering a true two piece design, body leakage paths are reduced to a minimum. With the added opportunity to select integral compression ends the user can eliminate the use of taper threads and thread sealant. This avoids system contamination, reduces leakage paths, installation costs, weight and space.

Hi-Check Non Return Valve (PDF 384kB)

CAD Drawings Available in 2D & 3D (Contact Us)

Hi-Pro Ball Valve for High Performance Process Isolation - These high performance check valves offer the user two options for cold working pressure ratings of Class 2500 and Class 4500, with an opening pressure of 10 psi max. By offering a true two piece design, body leakage paths are kept to a minimum. With the added opportunity to select integral compression ends the user can eliminate the use of taper threads and thread sealant. This avoids system contamination, reduces potential leakage paths, weight, space and, therefore, installation costs.
