analytical, lab and other complex general purpose instrumentation flow
control systems. ISA/ANSI SP76.00.02 compliant, Parker IntraFlow™ fittings
provide maximum flexibility with minimal space requirements. All flow paths,
regardless of direction, are maintained on a single plane within the
system as there are no lower level manifold blocks required. Contiguous
fitting flow paths are intra-connected with slip fit pressure connectors,
while a threaded pegboard provides connection force and rigidity when
fittings are mounted with cap screws.

Instrumentation Relief & Bleed Valves |

RH4 Relief Valves (High Pressure) are designed such that
when the upstream pressure exceeds the closing force exerted by the
spring, the lower stem opens, permitting flow through the valve.
Check & Relief Valves (2.4MB)
|
 |
RL4 Relief Valves (Low Pressure) are designed such that when
the upstream pressure exceeds the closing force exerted by the spring, the
lower stem opens, permitting flow through the valve.

|
|
 |
The
High Pressure Relief Valve (HPRV) provides an automatic
protection mechanism for process instrumentation systems. When
upstream pressure exceeds the closing force exerted by the valve’s
spring, the lower stem opens and permits flow through the valve’s
outlet port - which can be ducted to a safe place or released to
atmosphere. Flow rate increases proportionately to the increase in
upstream pressure.

BV Series Bleed Valves are designed for use on products such
as multi-valve manifolds or gauge/root valves. Functionally, the valve
vents line pressure either to atmosphere or to containment when used with
the optional barbed vent tube. Generally, bleed valves are used whenever
an instrument is removed from a system or to assist in the calibration of
control devices.

PG Series Purge Valves may be utilized as either bleed,
purge, or drain valves. The compact valve requires only a quarter turn
with a wrench from finger-tight to ensure a leak-tight seal on the first
make-up. Additional wrenching ensures a leak-tight seal up to the rated
pressure.

CCIMS
(Close Coupled Instrument Mounting Solution) is the radical new
integrated mounting and manifold block connects instruments directly
to process piping in a fraction of the time previously taken, and
dramatically reduces the number of joints – and therefore potential
leak paths. CCIMS supports the direct connection of
differential pressure transmitters - one of the most common types of
process instruments – to process pipework. CCIMS is the first
mounting solution to provide a practical solution for 'close
coupling' these instruments, which are used in quantities of
hundreds of thousands a year, for flow measurement in a wide range
of industries including oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical, and
power generation.
