Training Programs –- We provide customized training to your maintenance and engineering staff on all of the products we represent, as well as, proper installation & maintenance procedures. Product Management – We survey your current usage of MRO products and make recommendations that will save you time and money. Why should you pay for your suppliers' mistakes? We at Control & Power, Inc. don't think you should. Our goal is "To Improve Our Customers Productivity." We are trying hard to give error free service and we are doing a pretty good job; but until we achieve perfection, we will pay you $40 by check (the average cost of correcting an error) anytime we make a mistake processing one of your orders. We are serious about helping you "Improve Your Productivity." Eliminating your cost of supplier foul-ups is one important way to do just that.

Product Guarantees If the product we recommended does not perform the way we said it would, you may return it for Full Credit. If we partner together on a Product Management Program and you aren't satisfied, we will pay you up to $2500 to help defray your start-up costs.
Flexibility You may order by Fax, Mail, Phone or EDI (Soon by eCommerce). We can provide you with password protected access to our system via the internet to check real-time stock and existing order status. You may pay by Electronic Transfer, Credit Card, Cash or Check. There will be NO restocking fee on standard products.
Prompt Response You will be called back within 15 minutes on "not available" calls to Inside Sales. If your Proactive Outside Salesperson is not in the office, you will be called back within one hour. Your telephone call will be answered within three rings. Your invoice will be sent the day following shipment.
Productive Sales Calls Our people know their jobs; you'll normally get the information you need without the need of a call back. We offer a $50 Guarantee that every personal sales call from a Control & Power, Inc. salesperson will be productive to you.
